A professional photographer for over 25 years, I feel blessed that my work is also my passion. Most of the places seen in these photographs are only accessible by many days of hiking into the wilderness. My goal is to photograph the landscapes in a true and authentic form, like nature created them. These images breathe a sense of serenity and perspective that take you to a time and place far removed from the pressures of everyday life.

In the wilderness, immersed in the natural world, I am inspired by a universe virtually untouched by modern civilization. This is a place where life unfolds moment by moment, and I become a participant in the vast spectacle around me. Beautiful, simple, primitive and real, the mountains are the soul of the earth. When light touches the earth, water, and sky in a certain way, the colors are dazzling, the scenes are spectacular, and a sensation of awe fills the air.
